A prime example of passion meeting purpose, Pamela Quarles-Adams Fine Art Gallery & Studio in Downtown Davidson is the realization of Pam’s lifelong dream. As the owner and founder, she has created a space where she can create, sell, and teach, making it a vibrant addition to the heart of Davidson.

Always dressed in bright, stylish outfits and rocking a pixie cut with effortless confidence, Pam exudes creativity. Let’s just say—I want to be her when I grow up.

Art is cheaper than therapy

Inside the gallery, Pam’s artwork fills the walls. I was surprised to learn that all the pieces were hers, as they vary so much in medium and style. Quarterly, Pam shines a spotlight on a local artist, giving them the opportunity to showcase their work in a prime Main Street location.

Her diverse artistic expressions extend to the classes she offers, which include fine art, abstract painting, collages, floral paintings, printmaking, and mosaics. She also accepts commission orders for custom pieces.

Pam moved from Colorado four years ago and has fully embraced her dream workspace and community. She actively participates in Davidson’s First Friday, a monthly tradition where shops extend their hours and host special receptions, inviting people to experience the vibrant downtown atmosphere.

Pam’s motto is, “Art is cheaper than therapy.” Stop by, and you’ll see for yourself—it’s not just a place to view art; it’s a space to connect, create, and be inspired.
