CASE STUDY - GROWN UP COOL

A furnished rental that needed a high level direction without a full redesign. The brief was to work with what was already there - including a client sofa that wasn't going anywhere - and create a cohesive, considered space that would photograph well and appeal to quality long and short-term tenants.

Every decision was made with two things in mind: how it looks and how it lasts. The result is a space that feels elevated without being precious — classic enough to age well, current enough to stop the scroll.
